The level of service was amazing. The patience given to finding the right mattress. Knowledge extremely good and applied a bespoke approach to our particular sale.

The 2 sales men were very friendly and approachable. They weren't pushy and didn't make us feel we had to buy something. We had our little girl with us and they interacted with her and also made her feel important during the shopping experience

We visited the Merthyr store earlier today and were very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff member (Kelvin) who dealt with the sale. Kelvin was very helpful without being overbearing. It's quite off-putting to have staff following you around when your looking to purchase an expensive item - Kelvin however, demonstrated the right balance of customer care. He managed to put at ease and was very responsive to our questions. Kelvin and his very friendly colleagues should be commended for creating a very friendly atmosphere within the store. The store was nicely laid out and had an excellent selection of beds within our price range. We also liked the bedroom furniture on display (will have to start saving!). Overall an excellent experience - we purchased two beds and we are looking forward to lovely sleeps.

Richard was very pleasant and he explained everything in a nice manner. He was friendly, chatty but at the same time very professional.
