Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

The salesman was not pushy and did not follow us around.When we had a question we caught his eye ,he explained very clearly and then left us to carry on .This happened a few times.Excellent.

We were greeted when we walked in by Richard .we explained what we were looking for,he showed us what you had explained each one ,told us to try ,offered us coffee,then left us but said if we need anything just let him know ,he kept nipping back when we were at a different item explain that one then went away,Richard was an exalent salesman because he was attentive but not in our face ,knowing the right time to come to us to offer advice,well done to him.

I felt that I was able to explain what I wanted and I was shown straight away the products that were suitable to my needs. Kelvin was very informative and polite.

Today we bought our Tv bed, we absolutely love! The staff was ever so friendly, always asking if we wanted both hot or cold drinks. We would definitely recommend dreams to family and friends and one hundred percent go back to buy again! Would like to thank the staff for making us feel welcome.

Kelvin greeted us on entering the store and made us aware that he was available to answer any question. He did not trail around behind us like a store detective, but was discreetly available when we had any queries. Overall, both he and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly. All our needs were met with a smile and we left your store as delighted "bunnies", after enjoying the whole experience.

RICHARD IN THE MERTHYR TYDFIL STORE WAS HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE VERY APPROACHABLE AND FRIENDLY . HE GAVE US A LOT OF ADVICE AND THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED THE OPTIONS OF 4 BEDS WE WERE LOOKING AT. hE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR STORE

Rang of products very friendly staff even the one who was not serving us we were offered tea coffee or a cold drink we were allowed to use the toilet Richard explained everything to us we were allowed time to try all the beds we wanted there was 10% off the mattress and I think the base we only went for a bed for myself and ended u buying two beds and two base's both of them were Tempur mattresses and Tempur bases we also bought a £84 Tempur pillow because of my neck problems everything was made easy and with complete ease with Richard who dealt with us

Richard the Sales Assistant clearly understood our requirements, and looked for the best option for us. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He loaded the mattress we purchased into our vehicle. He even offered us refreshments while we were looking around.
