We where assisted by salesman kelvin who was very pleasant helpful and knowledgeable about the product.HE gave us plenty of time to view the mattresses without being pushy the ideal salesman .

Just what you'd expect from somewhere where you're looking to buy something of high value. Just a friendly person who knew enough about the products to help without being too quick to pounce nor too hard to find. This is hard to find these days as its surprising how many places lack these basic skills of making a customer feel comfortable

I have worked in sales with beds/furniture and carpets ,with carpet right allied carpets and homeworld (co-op) ,i knew as soon as we walked into store and was greeted in a friendly manner by your sales lady confirmed that i would be purchasing from dreams.The mattress was for a spare bedroom and had its own slatted base.The lady that served us was professional friendly polite and helpful .we came away with the assurance that we had purchased the correct mattress for our needs. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past and it was refreshing to be served by a lady who cared about her position as sales person for dreams,i am glad i have this opportunity to let the company know.Thank you Mrs Elaine Pudney.

the assistance we received was excellent, the assistants product knowledge was so informative this gave us time to try out the various products. the product knowledge helped us with the final choice that was made.
