I was highly pleased with the assistant at the merthyr Tydfil store his name was Richard. Very helpful.

I Think i have said everything which was excellent.

I WAS HIGHLY SATISFIED AS MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH HAD DIFFERENT REQUIREMENTS FROM A MATTRESS AND CLAIRE THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY HELPFULL AND HER KNOWLEDGE WAS GREAT IN ORDER FOR US TO PURCHASE A MATTRESS THAT SUITED US BOTH

Sion greeted us as we walked in and explained the colour guide for the mattresses and also the pillows. I took so long deciding but he was great and gave me lots of info in my way round. Great price to finish too

The gentlemen showing us around were very knowledgeable and friendly

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Richard who was very friendly & directed us to the items we were looking for.After a little while he then came back to talk to us about the difference in the quality of the pillows we were looking at,and told us we could try them out to make sure they were what we required.

Sales person - Sion Richards was exceptional with his knowledge and friendliness. Would highly rate Merthyr Tydfil store and the staff, especially Sion
