When I arrived at the store the sales man was very helpful as I had my brother with me who has learning difficulties. I explained what I was looking for and what type of mattress and he explained everything in great detail while analysing how he sleeps on this machine. I choose an adjustable bed for my brother which he recommended as he has sleep apnoea. He also advised me on which mattress suited the bed that was in range with by budget. I was also offered a cup of tea or a cold drink during our visit, and took out insurance for the mattress and frame which was explained thoroughly.

The lad I dealt with was very knowledgable and informative, one of the rare occasions I’ve been to a shop and got what I was looking for straight away. I employed a number of people over many years and that lad is a gem.

Mark the store sales man was extremely helpful. Knowledgeable and gave us good advise. Always at hand but never over bearing. Mark was friendly and easy to speak to and very patient with our 2 daughters and even offered cold water.
