We would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams and will defiantly return as we are looking to purchase a new bed frame in the near future .

We were given good advice and were able to select the correct mattresses and were impressed with the Bed Cover policy (great value for 8 years)

Your saleman who's name was Sion and his managers were very helpful in trying to locate the bedframe, which was out of stock. Within a few days they rung to inform me they could now take my order. Sion and his managers were very patient/courteous and very professional at all times. I would recommend your Merthyr store to anyone looking for new bed/mattress.

My mother was shown the right type of bed that would suit her needs very quickly. The colleague/assistant Richard, was very helpful. He showed us the type of bed/s for my mother and then gave us time to have a look around and think about it, before coming back to give more assistance to us.

The salesman that looked after my partner and i was absolutely great as we have been visiting the last 3 weeks to make our mind up and he was so patient and professional.

The member of staff that helped was was very friendly and easy to talk to whilst being eager to help us with any questions we had .me and my partner were both offered cups of tea or coffee and special pillows to test the mattress we needed .overall it was a pleasant experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family

Richard who works in the store gave us fantastic customer service, his knowledge was impeccable and extremely helpful. We had no intention on buying a bed today, but Richard explained everything so well and was very adhering to our current situation moving into a new home.
