The staff member Sean was welcoming and informative but not overbearing. The beds were well organised denoting the type of mattress and firmness, so it was easy to pick out the suitable ones for testing. The mattress I chose could be delivered within 3 days

Brilliant service and did not badger us!

Claire explained how the store worked, and suggested which mattresses to try, then left us alone to try them out, whilst keeping an eye that we didn't need help. She also made us a welcome cup of coffee.

We previously bought our bedroom set from dreams as first time home owners and freshly married, now 8 years on we still love our bedroom set, however we were shopping today for a new mattress as my husband is complaining of back pain (I`m not complaining as he`s been sleeping in the front room, Bliss ha ha). We had a lovely experience in Dreams, trying out all the different kinds of mattresses seeing which would be suitable for the bad back, Kelvin was lovely in explaining all the different mattresses, firm, medium, spring, memory form etc which eased our minds a little on the comfort. We settled on our new mattress and the ease of paying, setting up the finance and also choosing the delivery slot was great. We were offered tea and coffee while we waited and a friendly chat and laughter with the staff was a treat. Thank you to all at Dreams Merthyr Tydfil, we will definitely be calling again.

The sales lady Claire was very informative and understanding, we were shopping with our 2 year old daughter and Claire even took the time to get her a balloon, and was very attentive even when our baby was getting restless.
