Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

Your colleague listened to what I was looking for and although I felt stupid laying down and the bed and didn't really want to, he explained how important it was in choosing the right mattress for me and how springs work! Never been to a proper bed shop to buy a matress before but after trying this I can completely understand why.

We were greeted with a smile and coffee also he gave us all the answers to our questions in a very professional manner.

we went to dreams today looking for a new bed and mattress and the salesman that dealt with us was excellent he asked us if he would like a tea or coffee he then explained then type of mattress we could have for the bed and he said go and have a look upstairs and use the lift because my husband is disabled which we did what a great salesman he was we would visit the store again he told us everything we needed to know we was highly satisfied and we cant wait to have our new bed .

Our assistant sion from the merthyr store was very plesent and was truthful with us not just getting us to buy the most expensive products. He listened to what our needs were and had very good knowledge about the beds and different mattresses. He gave us some time to discuss our thoughts alone rather than pressure us to make a quick choice

I was allowed to browse before being approached, which I appreciated ! When approached, the member of staff was very friendly and was able to answer every question that I asked. Overall I was very pleased with the service that I was given.

We were both "jumped on" by assistants when we entered the store which was great. We were left to browse for a while before being asked if there was anything they could help us with. Claire was also great with our young children during the sales process whilst still being very professional with the sale

From store entrance everything was done was done for our benefit and the sales person Richard the store manager at the Merthyr Tydfil branch couldn't have done anything more to assist.

the staff member introduced himself as Richard was friendly and helpful on arrival in explaining the arrangement and layout of the store. He left us to look at the variety of mattresses, only returning on three occasions to advise and inquire if we needed assistance. At no time did we feel pressured to decide or purchase the products we were looking at. When he did come to see us he was extremely helpful and was very approachable when we sought advice from him.

Excellent service from Richard. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

Excellent customer service from various members of staff. A full explanation of how we could find what we wanted without feeling pressured.
