All of the staff who dealt with us were were extremely helpful throughout our two visits to the store. We were never rushed at any stage to buy the items we were looking for and there was no pressure throughout. Very professional and superb customer service. A credit to your company.

Friendly, approachable staff. Claire at Dreams was very helpful with everything. I had so many questions as it was the first time I ever went and purchased a bed on my own and Claire was more than happy to help and talk through all options with me and show me my options. I was very fussy but still managed to get exactly what I wanted at a brilliant price! When I return to Dreams I will definitely be looking to deal with Claire again as she was more than helpful and made my visit a walk in the park!
