I was highly satisfied, because the assistant had great product knowledge, plus he was easy to get on with , and he showed us around the store with all the offers, but he left it to our choice, and the delivery date was very quick and convenient

Very warm and friendly welcome had time to look around by myself before being approached by a member of staff who helped me and partner choose the right product for us

Michael was so friendly and helpful I am such a picky person and he was patient with me, also I had with me my disabled father and micheal could not do enough to to help him to it was an amazing experience and I felt like the only people in the store that's how important he made us feel

We were served by kelvin and thought he made us feel we were very important to him as a customer he went through everything thorough and we left the store knowing exactly what we had purchased and knew when our beds will be delivered .I felt that kelvin spent the time and patience with us and any questions we asked he always answered and put our minds at rest it's not every day you buy a new bed .I would definitely recommend dreams to my friends and family

All staff were friendly and very helpful. This includes the gentleman I spoke to by telephone, prior to visiting the shop.They all demonstrated a sense of humour and made shopping a pleasure. I have mobility difficulties and staff catered to my needs. I would add that I did not feel pressured to buy at any time but was given good advice.
