Telephoned in advance to see if item was on display in local store. On arrival was taken straight to the items. Mike was very informative without being pushy. He listened to. Our needs and suggested various alternatives. We were given all the time we needed. Now the down side. The earliest delivery was a month away. This meant a total rethink to our plans, but as this was the bed we wanted we had to put up with it. Spoilt a perfect score.
