Excellent customer service received from the member of staff who served me. There was no pressure selling at all and we were allowed sufficient time on our own to view all products on sale before making a final decision.

The members of staff were helpful but not overpowering and informed us of the colour guide to the choice of mattress (firm-soft) We were also offered a drink while we choose our purchase. We were happy with our previous experience shopping with Dreams so we returned to the store.

Salesman pointed us in right direction once we informed him what we needed, made us a cup of tea which was needed as our nearest Dreams store is over an hours drive, and kept popping back to give help when we needed it.

Staff membets made us aware of thei presence and advised they were available to provide assistance and explained the pricing system and mattress firmnss but then allowed us to browse hassle free. Great sales service.

On entering the store was approached by mike one of the salesman explained what we wanted and he immediately showed us to where the bed was situated. Offered us a hot drink as well. Then explained the benefits of the bed to us which enabled us to make the right choice. He was extremely helpful and the whole experience was highly satisfactory
