Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

We were met by assistant called Sean as soon as we entered store.He was very helpful and gave us good advice on all our queries.Our daughter has used your store and was more than happy with the service and she persuaded us to visit your Merthyr Tydfil store.

We were very satisfied as the sales Person (Kelvin) was very professional and not too pushy. We looked on the Tuesday which he helped us with all the knowledge and prices that we required. we told him that we were not ready then, which was fine with him and that we would come back on the Friday to give us chance to think about it as it is a lot of money to spend when you are retired and only on a Pension, he said alright and gave us time, which was what we wanted. We returned on the Friday specifically because of Kelvyn and the help that he gave us. I told him that we would only deal with him as he was the one that put himself out to help us, also with a cup of coffee as well. When we returned on the Friday we were able to sit down and discuss the Bed with him and another cup of coffee. He was the reason that we came back to Dreams having looked elsewhere and online. I wish all sales people were like him as I don't like to be pushed to quickly into anything and he did not follow us around the store like some other sales people, but was there when we needed him.

We were served by Mr Mike Strong, he was brilliant, he did not influence us in any way on which mattress to choose only took what we wanted on board and showed us all which match our criteria. Our present mattress is 31 years old!!!! He was very friendly and very informative on all the mattresses which we were interested in. When we did decide on a mattress he then asked us if we wanted our old mattress taken away and gave us a green bag in which to put it in plus did we need anything else for the bed etc. We had a date for delivery immediately. We felt that we were not being pushed into buying which is great, we treated him as a friend and were very pleased with the attention that we had. We were recommended to Dreams by a friend and we would certainly recommend Dreams.

The assistant new what he was talking about, answering all the questions asked and giving advice, there was no pressure to buy the product.

We hadn't bought a bed for 20 years and had no idea what we were looking for and couldn't belive how many different types of mattresses there are but the salesman was exceptional he went through all the types of matress with us and explained what they were and the benefits he gave us pillows to use to make us more comfortable as we tried the beds and was very patient as we were unsure about what we wanted ,he gave us time to try without being in our face but was at hand to give any advice that we needed, it's nice to go shopping and not feel like we are being preasherd into buying, very lovely gentleman who was full of knowledge and obviously loves his job.

sean was really helpful and friendly he put us first and made us feel welcome by asking if he could get us a hot drink. He also helped us by informing us of the different bed frames and mattresses
