The salesman were friendly, helpful and above all else human.

I had a great a service by the staff . Nothing was to much trouble for them with my questions. I did purchase a bulk bed from them last month and it was no problem to them to dismantle it there and then and place it in my car. That's why I went back to purchase Billie S Cabin Bed.Happy with everything so far. Will be looking for another bed soon for my son. Be over the moon if I will the chance of £500.00. I came to the store to get a mattress to replace one on my bed. I was really helped by the sales staff as I only remembered my bed was the one they advertised with a hippo and a chick. He immediately said Silent Night and took me to where I was able to try two mattresses. Unfortunately for me the less expensive one was not mine. :-) I tried the other and arranged to have it delivered yesterday, it arrived early, after a phone call so no problem. Slept like a dead man last night on it. A 'Proper Job' done well. Congratulations to Dreams. I mentioned it to some friends yesterday and I will probably do so at work this week I work at a secondary School so you may benefit from my ghood fortune by getting some more business from colleagues. I won't be back soon as I expect this mattress will do well over 15 years, the last one did but died when an accumulation of sunshine on the esposed mattress caused the material to break down and shred. I have a mattress cover on now so the mattress will not suffer this fate.

This was the first time my husband and I were purchasing a new mattress so we had an idea of what we wanted but were surprised with how complicated mattress could be. Whilst in the store we were greeted by Sion a very knowledgeable salesman who helped us with the perfect mattress to suit our needs. The only thing we felt could be looked at is the amount of PC units available. When we decided to go ahead and pay in full we had to wait for an available system so we could process the payment and order. But all in all the store staff and products were great.

During our visit to the store, all staff were exceptionally polite and knowledgable. Would highly recommend shopping at dreams!!

Mike who assisted me in choosing a new mattress was most knowledgeable and patient. He also recommended a cool pillow which I bought. Extremely helpful. The delivery boys were great too. Ashley C and Tony R. Rang and were right on time, even covered their shoes with protection when going upstairs. Couldn't be faulted.

Quality of products excellent and Mike and his colleagues were knowledgeable and highly approachable made us completely at ease

Helpful salespeople who didn't try & force you to buy. Gave us time to look at items we were interested in,but were more than happy to give a good knowledgeable assistant when asked

Jon the man who served us was very helpful but not pushy. Very friendly and easy going.
