We feel very satisfied with our purchase, having had excellent advice from Sales Assistant at your store. The assistant was most helpful without being too 'pushy!'He allowed us time to try different mattresses, but gave us our own space to make our decision.

The salesperson was extremely helpful and friendly, told us to take our time. Because I have a neck issues got a support pillow to try with the mattress. Explained the colour coding pro and cons of each mattress. Even had two cups of tea whilst choosing the mattress and whilst doing the paperwork. The type of customer service you don't get often these days . Was no pressure to buy from the store .

Great service and advice from Michael in the Merthyr store, took a bit of time period understand what we were looking for, then allowed us time to browse in peace. Checked in a couple of times when he knew he'd be busy with customers for a short while, then made sure he could give us his time to go through the sale in detail. Very pleased.

The person dealing with us knew about all the beds and mattresses we were interested in, and helped us narrow down our search to the perfect combination. Even offered us a cup of coffee - you don't see that very often.

The in store assistance was extremely helpful, they listened to what we wanted, they were not at all pushy and we came away feeling we were getting exactly what we wanted at a price that was very good value for money. They dealt with the detail of the delivery with equal patience and were very clear with their information.

Both Sean and Kevin understood our needs. Their product knowledge was very impressive and hence were able to make informed suggestions. Our purchase was made through sound recommendation.

We were served by a brilliant guy called Mike. We were looking for a memory foam mattress and new bed. He answered all of our questions with patience, experience and honesty. His product knowledge was exceptional and we found the best bed that suited both mine and my husbands needs. As a customer, even before we stated what we were looking for and the budget we had, we were treated like valued and welcome customers. Coffee was brought and we had an in depth consultation. Mike was fantastic, beginning to end. I wasn't looking to buy a bed at dreams necessarily, but the service we received, ensured that we spent our money in your merthyr store. Mike is an asset to your customer facing team.
