Staff were very helpful and price was very good

We were very satisfied with the service we received from Mike. Having been let down badly by another company we were not looking forward to starting again. Mike was very understanding and offered information when he thought we needed it and was able to match up our requirements. He struck the right balance of being helpful without being pushey.

I visited the store looking for a bed & mattress and another mattress for my spare room. I was with my father who was looking for a new mattress & pillows. We were served by Sean who was very helpful & knowledgeable. Even though we both took some time to decide on our purchases at no time were we made to feel as if we needed to rush our decision and we were shown plenty of options in varying styles & costs to ensure we made the best choice for our budgets. Both Sean & Jonathan were very friendly and chatty and made us feel very welcome

The assistant, Sion, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I explained that I wasn't sure what date I needed the delivery and he advised me that they could store the new bed until I knew the date for delivery.

As we entered the store we were welcomed by the assistant Mike, he offered us tea while we looked around. He was very patient and helped us find the product we wanted.

The staff were very helpful nothing was to much for them even offered me a drink and the beds were very reasonble price wise
