Jonathan was extremely helpful in assisting us with our search for a new bed, there was plenty of choice and he spend time with us talking through lots of options! Great service.

Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and did not become overbearing whilst offering advice if and when it was required.

We came in with my father in law and 7 month old son, as soon as we stepped in store we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff and offered assistance. After looking around the store they were happy to answer any questions we had and offered helpful advise. The staff were very patient with us and also helped keep my son entertained 😊. We purchased our bed the same day and had it delivered the following week.

After years of buying quite a few beds and never really having a good nights sleep on any(bad backs don't help) we thought give Dreams a look as never been before when entering store we was surprised by how many beds they had and how clean it was ,my partner has never tried out beds in store before but was surprised how the salesman made him feel at ease after trying quite a few beds out even though I thought that they were dear even in sale,my partner said we have the bed we both felt comfortable on, Ordered went through and even offered interest free which we never done before,very smooth sale just waiting for bed and even more looking for a Dreams sleep fingers crossed we do

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We ended up buying a bed and mattress that were more expensive than the ones we'd gone in to buy (after looking on the website). After speaking to the staff we felt that it was important for us to get a better bed and mattress. I didn't feel that we were being directed in a sales type of way, more that they explained the difference between the products and with that information we decided that we did want products of a higher spec than we'd originally thought. I was very happy with the half price bedding when buying the bed. We also bought pillows and a duvet at a great price.

Several family/friends told us of their visits and the excellent service to be found. We saw this to be true especially the time given in making our own choices. A great deal of information when we required which was quite valuable. We arrived looking for a mattress and came away having purchesed a headboard and an excellent pillow offer.
