QUICK AND EASY TO FIND THE BED WE WANTED, HELP WAS ON HAND, BUT NOT PUSHING YOU TO BUY, VERY HELPFUL

I purchased my bed at the Merthyr branch and the staff were out standing. Made purchasing my new bed a pleasure and who recommend the store

I was served by a gentleman called Michael Strong, he was very helpful and gave me great advice on my purchase. This advice was very important to me as I was choosing a bed for my brother who is downs syndrome. He pointed out various things to me height ect didn't rush me and even made me a cup of tea. I went on to buy a further two beds went back to show my husband the following day and he didn't like the one I had chose for us so we chose another with out any problems. I could not believe I could carry a memory foam mattress in the boot of my car.

Staff were freindly and excellent service

i was very happy with the sales man called Sean he made me fell at ease i was not pressured to buy the most expensive one he offered to move mattresses which had three on top we had a bit of fun between us i am very happy he even got me to buy a expensive pillow, but it is lovely

Sales assistant extremely friendly and approachable

I was interested in a special type of bed when I visited the store I did not expect the store to have at least four of the beds on displayed.Up until then I had only seen them on line and had not met anyone who had one to have advice.So when told that two of the staff had recently been to the factory to see them being made was great.

we had recently visited the swansea dreams store but we were not over impressed by the layout or choice in store. however when we visited the merthyr store we immediately felt a much wider range of choice coupled with the fact that the sales advisor was most helpfull and knowledgeable as to what we were looking for, hence we bought our new bed. happy days.
