We just went into browse as I was waiting for a bonus and knew I would be buying a bed out of it ,I didn't need a mattress just required a Base, the staff mentioned some clearance bases that had come in and with the good value of the Base I was able to purchase a headboard as well

I was greeted by the door by a sales assistant I explained what I was looking for he showed me the product right away he also showed me other products that helped me make up mind. He was very helpful and polite

Jonathan was extremely welcoming and friendly, without being interfering nor pushy. He listened to us, and directed us immediately to the area where the beds that would fulfil our requirements were situated. We did not have to waste any time looking around, deciphering the colour codes or read all the labels. As soon as we were in the right area, he left us in peace, so that we could choose at leisure, but remained available, in case we had any questions. He had a good sense of humour, which is essential, and was able to talk about matters of general interest, not just beds. This occurred when we broached different topics of conversation; he did not initiate them, as some people may prefer to concentrate on their purchase. He kindly offered us a cup of coffee, while we were trying out the bed. The ability of lying on the various mattresses to try them out is very important. The space in which the beds are situated is large, clean, tidy and well lit. Jonathan's help was invaluable, as we would have quickly become confused, if left on our own

Excellent service, not harassed by the staff but just given valuable information and advice to help us make the right purchase for our needs. Kelvin assisted us and we also had a Cup of coffee during our visit.

Staff were very accommodating with helping me to make the right choices. They were professional and friendly and carried out the sale with speed and efficiency.

I was able to try all the super king size beds in the Merthyr store . The tempers were very nice but there was a combination temper and Spring pocket bed that was exdisplay upstairs . It really ticked all my boxes. I was happy with the price I paid for the bed and I also got tempted into buying a temper pillow which was very expensive but it felt very comfortable . Sion's salesmanship was very good. He showed the right balance of support and allowing us to experience the product with out the feeling of being hassled by a salesman . I also loved the 0% interest and I was able to take advantage of it.

My wife and I visited Dreams in Merthyr Tydfil, we were attended by a very professional gentleman assistant who spent time explaining to both of us the colour coding variations, and types of bedding available. we were both extremely satisfied with the quality of products and service, we purchase a new I would recommend Dreams to family and friends. bed, headboard and sheets that were on offer at store. The coffee was enjoyable also. Regards Mr and Mrs Gray.
