The sales man was very pleasant and helpful. He gave good information to my mum who had medical problems and was looking for a comfortable bad. His understanding of her condition was very advantageous.

there were two assistants on duty - Kelvin served us but the other man -sorry didn't get his name was very friendly and offered us a cup of tea. We felt Kelvin went out of his way to explain our purchase- he was very knowledgeable and re assuring- We would definitely recommend the Merthyr store - no waiting to be served but we didn't feel the staff were 'suffocating us' was has been the case with the other shops we went to -excellent service

Jonathan was really helpful, I only wanted a mattress but, seeing the beds available and a bed could be put together by fitters changed my mind after all was explained. I could pick a suitable date for delivery and could change the date if needed. I do feel the fee for disposable of the bed was too high which I did not take up! The store has a good range and has a welcome feel. I also like the opportunity to change the mattress if not happy but perhaps the delivery charge is too high.

The Store Assistant Mike was extremely helpful. Nothing was rushed or pushed upon us. The knowledge about the different mattresses and beds was great. He also gave a very personal touch to the sale. We were not just £ to him as we have experienced in other stores. GREAT SERVICE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE

The salesmen did not jump on you as you walk in the door. Our sales man stood back and let us look around, then when we asked him questions, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful.

Excellent customer service. Excellent products. Can't wait for our new bed to be delivered. A little pricey though.
