Efficient staff member who explained how to understand the colour coding of the displays. He had good product knowledge, explained the difference between the matresses vs. price and allowed us to choose in our own time without pushing a particular product.

The staff were really helpful and even showed me the one similar online.

Salesman, Sean spent time identifying our needs and explaining about the products that met them. We were given time to look at products by ourselves and informed that if we wanted any more information on items just to call. We were even provided with a drink whilst we shopped. Sean had excellent knowledge of the products and was easily able to answer our questions in relation to the products we chose.

The staff were very helpful and explained everything in details, yet they were not obtrusive or pushy.

From the moment we entered the store, we were acknowledged and welcomed whilst being , at the same time, given space to chat amongst ourselves. The gentleman (Sion) who looked after us, made us both a drink and was on hand to answer any questions and share his obvious extensive knowledge of not only the products, but the benefits of each aspect. We didn't feel corralled into buying the products that the company would want to sell us (as happens in many other business's ) more so, although we spent around £300 more than we'd had in mind, we felt that it was an informed choice of which we were totally at ease with.

The salesman Sion was very welcoming and he talked us through all the products which were available in the Merthyr Tydfil store. He knew everything about all the products and he was very helpful. I will recommend anyone to purchase a bed from this store.
