Sion the salesman was both helpful and knowlegable, and very courteous. He allowed us to go around the store without hovering and with no pressure, but was available when needed.

On our arrival at the store we were approached by a member of the sales team and shown exactly what we were looking for. In a matter of minutes we had everything explained to us, paid for our items and were on our way home. We were extremely satisfied with our visit and would definitely visit again.

Excellent product knowledge and customer service by Sion. I was however very disappointed that we have to wait 3 weeks for delivery of the mattress we chose.
