Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

We were highly satisfied due to the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the store. As this was our first time to shop at Dreams we really didn't know what to expect but overall we were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. We will definitely be recommending Dreams to friends and family. From entering the store to the first class delivery service, everyone was friendly and showed myself and my wife respect and friendliness. Thanks to everyone at Merthyr's Dreams stores and look forward to our next visit.

The range was very good, the assistance was informative rather than sales oriented. It was great that we got the chance to try before we buy.

we were looked after as soon as enterd the store showed us differant matteress and explain all about them we have no complaints i did think they were dear but i expect it is becusce of the type we wanted.

The store assistant was extremely helpful and explained everything professionally without us feeling under pressure to buy. There were many different types of beds to choose from but the assistant Mike explained everything clearly.

There were several things I wanted to know. For example, sprung mattress opposed to memory foam mattress, softness/firmness. Opportunity to try out different adjustable beds. The salesman, Sean, didn't pressure us, or hurry us. He sat with us and answered all our questions to our satisfaction, and gave his knowledgeable advice when asked. Another salesperson made us a welcome cup of coffee, (before we had made a commitment to buy), all in all it was a really pleasant experience. All praise to Merthyr store.

Excellent customer service

Kelvin the advisor was very knowledgeable and professional I was with my disabled gran and he treated her with the highest respect and made sure that she was involved all the way through the process he even made her a cup of tea. He was not pushy at all and showed us all of our options.
