When we arrived in the store we were acknowledged by the staff but not intrusively. We were given information at a digestible rate and for each step where relevant at the time. While we were looking we were offered a cup of tea, which we accepted not only was it served in a mug which was much nicer than a plastic cup you normally get when offered in stores, it was made very well and really helped us to relax and feel valued.

Mike at the Merthyr store was helpful and informative without being pushy and overbearing. We were allowed to browse at our own leisure but he wasn't too far when we needed assistance. Highly recommend the store. And am planning to upgrade the bed very soon.

The staff were really helpful and let us walk the store to see what was on offer whilst making sure that the assistant dealing with us was always ready to answer and suggest other options at any time. We found that the information given helped us to make our ultimate choice. Special thanks to the two employees - Sion and Johnathan. The other important factor to us was the "40 day option" that is your guarantee as in the past a bed that was comfortable for five minutes testing in a shop has not always been so at home.

wasn't quite sure which bed we would like only thing we knew was we needed a superking size bed with memory foam mattress, the gentleman jon was very helpful and explaining all the options we had and wasn't in any rush to make us purchase the item and insisted on us trying all beds out to make sure we were making the correct decision.

As soon as we walked into the store we were approached by a member of staff when we told him we were looking for a replacement mattress he explained in detail the colour coding for each mattress on giving us a choice to look at he offered us a drink of tea or coffee which we accepted we were then giving pillows to try on each mattress that we were interested in and told to take our time and not rush into deciding what we wanted till we were happy with what we were looking for.

We thought sales assistant helpful but not pushy. We did not intend purchasing a bed today but we were impressed with the beds on offer plus assistants knowledge.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly and the coffee helped!!!
