The sales person Sean was exceptionally helpful and knowledeable about his subject. He never tried to rush us and he used the skill of listening before jumping in trying to sell us a product. He satisfied our needs by listening intently and always prepared to offer several alternative suggestions and then giving my wife and I plenty of time to weigh up the alternatives. Sean and his colleague Jonathan are assets to your company

We visited Dreams in Merthyr Tydfil, when we entered the store we were greeted immediately by the friendly store manager Jonathan. He made us feel very welcome and answered every question we asked , he had a lot of knowledge regarding the products . We didn't feel at all under pressure and were able to take as much time as we needed to find exactly what we were looking for. We did eventually decide on our purchase and the whole process was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely visit this store again as the manager was top notch. Well done !

entering the store were allowed t0 roam freely until requesting assistance from the sales person.the salesman stayed with us throughout our visit and gave us advice on the items that we were looking for .there was no pressure to buy,overall the service was excellent and we purchased the item we required with the minimum of fuss.
