Our aim as first time bed buyers was to find something big and good on price. Sion at the merthyr store was very helpful and understanding to our needs and I feel he did everything brilliantly and I would go back again just for the service I received from him :-)

Jon did an amazing job of giving us great advise and showing us beds that were in our budget. We left the shop feeling we had a great deal and fully satisfied with the service we received.

The sales rep- took time to listen to what we needed, taking into consideration our budget. Kelvin was excellent, very knowledgeable about the products available in store. Never laid on so many different beds, he was even great with my daughter, keeping her highly entertained.

Sion was the person who came to our assistance. We explained what we were looking for, and he pointed out several possibilities, but we were restricted because of headboard height. But we did shortly after find exactly what we were looking for, and Sion ordered the item straight away. We now look forward to 2nd December when we are to take delivery. We have purchased a number of items from Dreams several times before, so you must be doing it right for us to come back each time. Thank you.
