I was given directions to the store over the phone by a very friendly,helpful lady,Claire. At the store we were made to feel welcome immediately by Jon who helped us whilst choosing a mattress. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the items and gave us all the information we needed which made our problem of deciding on a new one much easier than it would have been.He gave us time alone to discuss the mattresses and was readily available to answer any questions we had along the way.We were offered refreshments on arrival which was welcoming.We were so pleased with the service we received at this store we would definately return to this one again.
