I was welcomed in the store no pressure was put on me by the staff,the atmosphere was pleasant ,I was given time to wander around when I asked for advice , it was professional with a friendliness about it, in fact it was quite enjoyable everything was explained to me and my wife the best options and no gimmick talk

I was helped to decide on my purchases by Nicola. She approached my friend & I to ask if she could assist us in any way. I explained that I was looking for a new double mattress & she asked about issues such as firmness requirements, where it was to be used & any price level I had in mind. She made some suggestions & showed me around some mattresses for consideration. She encouraged me to lie on them & test for comfort etc. When I had decided on the mattress, she told me about offers on pillows & mattress covers which might interest me. I was very impressed with Nicola & bought the extra too. My friend also purchased a single mattress, pillow & mattress cover. The payment & delivery details were dealt with just as efficiently. Excellent service.
