We knew what we were looking for and Mike helped us find it the moment we walked through the door. He showed us a range of options to suit or needs and talked us through every payment option available to us, so that we could make the best decision for us.

We were very satisfied with the help we received from Kelvin. He was knowledgable and gave us the information we needed in order for us to make an informed decision on the right bed for my Mother. Kelvin made us a cuppa and gave us enough time to try the beds without being pushy. He was very patient with my 78 year old Mother Excellent buying experience and quick delivery too

The sales man Mike who we bought a bed off earlier in the year recognized us and offered us a cup of tea straight away which we accepted , good customer relations from the start, he then talked us though the different types of double bed we wanted for our loft conversion for ease of taking it up there.

We had our two sons work is the bed was for one of them and we were made to feel welcome with the boys which was easier for us to shop staff were very helpful couldn't have done enough for us really look forward to receiving our new bed for our son third bed bought from this branch excellent service will recommend

All the beds and mattresses were easy to see and you could lie on them to try them out. Mike, our assistant, was very good. He listened and explained things well but didn't overwhelm us or keep on at us. The only thing I was disappointed with was that I couldn't take my purchase home with me.
