I have purchased dreams products in the past and have aalways been totally satisfied both with the product and service

The person at the store (Kelvin) did not place any pressure on us. Showed us several mattresses which fitted the description given and insisted we lie on them. Left us alone, returned 5-10 minutes later, bit more friendly help. Explained the differences between the 2-3 we were looking at which then helped us make a decision. As a result of the no pressure sale we also took the decision to purchase 2 Therapur pillows.

Friendly efficient service.

The staff were very professinal and helpful. They showed great knowledge.of the product.

As being an old customer i dont think we would have gone anywhere else as we always get good service at dreams and the staff are so helpful, what more can i say.

Professional approach and politeness of staff

We were looking for a mattress, The sales assistant whose name was Michael was very helpful and explained about the different types that were available,he put different mattresses down on a bed for us to try and told us to take our time to make sure we chose the right one for us we didn't feel rushed in any way.It was so nice to be treated in such a nice friendly way he made it such a good shopping experience.

Very pleased with help given explaining the different beds and mattresses. We were also offered a cup of tea as soon as we entered the shop and the staff we lovely.
