Mike the salesman was very informative about all the products in the store. Asked politely a load of questions as to determine our specific needs and requirements. Then was very helpful in going through with us the various types of matresses are available. Clare,the store manager was extremely polite and very helpful as to regards our order. she made sure that Mike had gone through everything and that we were sure we were ready to place our order. Clare talked us through every step making sure we understood all aspects of our order,before it was placed,she was indeed extremely helpful.
