Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

We were given our own space to wander and look at what was available but could talk to the assistant (Mike) whenever we needed clarification. Mike's overall knowledge was very good and he gave very useful input when we needed it.

The customer service was excellent, and we were able to purchase exactly what we wanted.

Customer care was excellent, spent 4 hrs in the shop because im so bad at choosing something, was offered teas coffee toilets etc. Fantastic time

We were greeted by Jonathan as we entered the store. We told him what we were looking for and he explained the difference in each product. We were offered tea or coffee and the overall service and knowledge of your staff is exellent.

Quick, clear and friendly

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by a smiley- friendly Jon Davies who directed us straight to the sofa bed we were after. He then went on to describe it and pulled it our for us to try and see. He even went back downstairs for a tape measure, nothing was too much trouble

Michael who assisted us was excellent he gave us space to talk when needed and was easily called when needed on one occasion we needed a coat hangar to ensure that my Auntie was able to hang clothes on the hanging rail Michael went to a nearby store and brought us a hangar which was much needed all in all a pleasurable experience

The salesman , was very helpful, with his advice, explained the difference in your products, and helped us make a successful purchase

the sales lady explained well the difference the amount of springs makes to the comfort of a mattress. she was patient and friendly and polite.

after looking around for some weeks, we went back to dreams and buy the bed the bed we first seen. we could not find one better
