Kelvin at the Merthyr Tydfil store was extremely helpful and was very conscious of making sure I was picking the right mattress for my needs, it was quick and efficient with no fuss which is the way I like to shop.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and answered my questions. He also showed me different choices and styles in beds.

Didn't try to sell me anything else except the items I ask for as hard selling puts me off and I end up not buying anything.

The sales assistant was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. She was very thorough whilst helping me choose the right mattress and made me feel like I had all the information I needed.

The overall experience was pleasant , we felt Mike was extremely helpful and informative without being over pushy and in your face as you find in some places, he explained things well and left us to chat about things before deciding to purchase, other members of staff were nice to chatting and not over powering

Choosing the right bed for you is very important particularly when you suffer back pain. The sales assistant approached us just to explain the store layout and then left us to browse. He periodically returned to offer help and advice but was not overpowering. We checked customer reviews on line and returned to the store to the same assistant who was again very knowledgeable and friendly and told us to take our time choosing, there was no rush. The only downside was not Dreams fault, it was the time it took to arrange credit with Barclays and the depth of questioning for payment arrangements. This however did not detract from the otherwise satisfying visit to this store.
