The assistant Mike was very attentive and explained the difference between all the mattresses and pointed out special offers that were available. We were offered tea or coffee and my mother offered a seat while myself and 2 children made our decisions. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this store.

During our first visit we initially were interested in the Cambridge dressing table. The sales advisor explained that due to high demand it was out of stock at the time. To avoid disappointment she rang head office who then authorised her that we could order the item when it came back into sale and they would honour the current discount promotion for the item. We then returned to place our order (after measuring the area at home) we didn't order the dressing table as the recess was too small, but ordered a smaller chest instead. Claire delivered an excellent level of service, thorough product knowledge, excellent customer care & friendly service all around.

Friendliness of the staff and giving us the info we needed and then he let us get on with making our choice. And giving out tea and coffee was a good touch too.

The Gentleman we delt with (Kelvin) couldn't be more helpful, he let us know he was there if we needed advice on anything but wasn't too pushy about getting a sale which means everything to us, there's nothing more off putting than a pushy salesman yet we were able to ask him many questions about various products, also trying a headboard up against a different base was helpful and wasn't a problem.. Very satisfied with his assistance

This was our first time to a Dreams store. We had excellent service the moment we arrived. Claire inquired of our needs, listened and directed us to products that suited our needs. She highlighted and demonstrated the benefits of the products without being 'pushey'. We were given time to think about what was on offer and to make a decision. Coffee was on offer and much appreciated. The 'instore' experience was delight. As a man, visiting your store was a dream and not a nightmare! We were more than happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend the products and service to others. We still have further purchases in mind and no doubt will be back.

Spoilled for choice for mattresses, beds and headboards. Excellent display with ample room to look around. Sales assistant was most helpful and patient while we decided on our purchase. While waiting for our order to processed, we were offered a seat and the option of a tea or coffee, which is unusual in stores today. So thank you Dreams for a pleasant transaction.

We had visited several other furnature stores on the day and found that Dreams had the best choice available at a good price. We had looked online at the options available and had decided on a wooden bed with storage. We were helped in store by Mike who was very nice and knowledgable about the product we wanted and answered all questions gave a full demonstration of the bed and the workings of the lifting mechanism.

Claire the store manager was brilliant !! She spent over an hour with us explaining about the beds, mattress types etc !! Absolutely brilliant lady.
