Claire (who dealt with me on my initial visit and then my wife and myself on our visit the following day) was courteous and polite. She went to lengths to deal with my queries, and provided clear answers and demonstrated great "technical" knowledge. She was supportive, not pushy and a pleasure to engage with.

Easy and quick purchase with good delivery times.

Claire was very attentive and highly knowledgeable on the products on offer and the benefits of different products. We were in the store a very long time choosing the correct mattress and her patience didn't waiver once. Everything was explained to us clearly and in great detail from the products themselves, to delivery, to the different finance options. All in all a great service was received.

Sales assistant friendly on our arrival in store, he enquired about product we were looking for and was very knowledgeable about range. He informed us of suitable range for our needs and gave us plenty of time to browse the store and make up our minds. Once we had made our choice we were attended to by another colleague as original member of staff was dealing with another customer. Everything regarding price and delivery were explained to us and information regarding recycling of old furniture was also given to us. Overall visiting the Merthyr Store was very pleasant experience for us.

We were greeted when we entered the store but not hounded. We looked around downstairs & upstairs at our leisure, we were asked if we needed assistance, at which time we did. Our queries were answered & we made a purchase.
