very friendly salesman, knowledgeable about products, left us browse but was on hand for any info, not felt rushed in any way as made both myself ,my hubby and children a drink whilst we were browsing. A very nice experience indeed!

The assistant, Sean at your Merthyr Tydfil Branch was extremely helpful. This was my first visit to a Dreams store and I was overwhelmed by the choice of beds on offer. I did not know where to start but Sean explained everything so well, I was able to choose the type of mattress I wanted easily. He was not pushy but really friendly and there to help every step of the way. If only all shopping experiences were as good as this. I will certainly recommend Dreams - and Sean of course to my friends and family.

We went in to store as we had a fault with our mattress. I have to say from start to finish the service we received was excellent, it was a smooth process. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and had plenty of time for us.

the help given instore was second to none with product knowledge at the forefront . we were made to feel at home as soon as we stepped through the door . we were able to take our time without any pressure to buy and directed to the products that were suitable giving more time to make our choice . all in all a highly satisfactory experience and one i would recommend to anyone looking to buy a bed or mattress
