Quick and easy purchase, we managed to get a TV bed and mattress for a fantastic price, the staff were helpful and friendly with no pushy sales tactics.

Mike, the sales /customer assistant was excellent. He was helpful without being over the top, took plenty of time to ensure we had all the information we needed to make our choice of bed and bedroom furniture

I walked into the store and was greeted very warmly by the assistant who came a cross and introduced himself as Mike. He asked me if I needed any help and when I said that I'd like to browse, he said that that was fine and said to ask him if I needed his assistance to just ask.he left me to look around and every now and again would ask if I was ok I liked the fact that he did not pressurized me into buying. Because of his service and assistant I had decided that I would definitely place an order without even looking elsewhereelse where. Mike was polite, knowledgeable, and very very helpful. I was approached soon after I entered the store, obviously appearing to be looking for a particular bed/mattress, rather than wanting to be left alone to simply browse. I was directed to the bed I was interested in (thanks to your website) and shown the merits of the product. I wasn't rushed (which I can't stand) nor 'hassled' (which I won't tolerate :)) but simply given the advice I sought. The salesperson, Michael, was also really helpful and friendly.
