Very helpful and professional and friendly

The salesman John was fantastic,however the month wait for the bed to be deliverd is dissapointing and the extra price for the bed to be delivered to upstairs is a rip off.

Jon, the Dreams colleague was very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. He spent time explaining the variety of mattresses and beds and allowed plenty of time for us to be able to make our personal choice. Nothing was too much trouble and I would have no hesitation in using Dreams again or recommending the store to others. We await delivery and anticipate that the service will be just as efficient and customer friendly as the sales service.

Mike the sales colleague was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He was of great assistance as I am disabled and his product knowledge was of great help to me. I was offered a coffee and also invited to have a rest because of my illness. First class service.
