Good assistance from the beginning appraising us of the different types and explained the different colour coding .Gave us space and time but was reappearing at intervals to give us timely information and suggestions like using appropriate pillows etc. Purchase formalities were quite quick and efficient .On the whole a satisfactory experience. I hope the product is good.

The assistant Claire was very friendly, helpful and had an excellent knowledge of the products. She spent time with us telling to try out whatever mattresses we wished and even gave us different pillows to try. She also went through the the various options of payment we could do etc.

Very helpfull service

First time shopping at Dreams, The salesman was fantastic first he told us all about the different colour codes of the pillows to match the type of firmness of the beds , he then told us about the different types of springs and covers he then left us to look around the store at our leisure and asked us if we needed any help when he could see we needed it he wasn't pushy just interested in what we needed, he then helped up with the headboard by bringing one down from upstairs to try on the bed we chose which was downstairs , we could not fault him and we would recommend him to our friends his name was Mike

Claire was very attentive and knowledgable giving us all the information we required.

The assistant Jonathan was really really helpful and he let us pick with but let us try nearly every bed in the the store with out being pushy

We tried all the beds there was no pushy ness as a family we were given all the advice

service was excellent prices were very reasonable product is outstanding distance to home

We were given excellent advice about the best type of mattress for the larger person and made to feel comfortable within the store.
