Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

Claire was extremely helpful in explaining the different types of beds a aisle and the types of mattresses. She was very professional and gave us 100% attention.

Prior to visiting this Dreams department,we visited the department at Glamorgan Vale Retail Park, Llantrisant, Cardiff CF72 8RP At this store we recieved no formal assistance,when required! My opinion both females on the shop floor were clueless too the products you manufacture.When asked a question, they needed too go see the store manager for formal information......... even though this store is more local too my home,i will never return..Far more assistance,and knowledge of products available from the Merthyr store, who will notify me when further stock is available too the public ( that we require) in the near future........ yours faithfully n riley

I was very satisfied with the whole customer service experience at dreams Merthyr tydfil. The sales assistant did everything he could possibly do for us.

Our first visit to Dreams in 2008 was a good experience however the mattress was one of the worst mattresses ive ever purchased. It was so uncomfortable (Never buy a foam topped mattresses ever). This time was very pleasant, we got to try the mattresses we were looking for and we were offered a coffee, absolutely nothing was roo much trouble for the gentleman who advised us. Whereas nobody was interested in our problems with our previous purchase of 2008.

I was highly satisfied by the friendly staff and their knowledge and willingness to overcome problems. I placed an order but was a little disappointed with the waiting time for the product to be supplied...it was about three weeks.

As soon as i walked through the door i was welcomed with a smile and a hello. Then i was shown around and asked what i wanted and was able to show me to the right bed then purchased it at that time. Very satisfied

on arrival mike the salesperson was very helpful. i informed him of my requirements. his help and knowledge made my final choice of bed much easier once all the details of various items had been considered.

I had viewed the bed I eventually bought online, but it was good to see it in store and gauge it's size and suitability. I found the assistant helpful and he explained all terms etc fully.
