As soon as entered the shop staff were on hand to help, offering advice & assistance on where to find certain products. During order process the sales leader was very helpful, understanding & polite.

Mike the assistant was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and respectful. As a first-time bed-buyer, I learned the differences between traditional and pocket springs, springs and memory foam,the number of springs, a mattress topper and a mattress protector, mattresses you can turn and ones you can't, ones you turn over and ones you turn round, sizes, divans and frames. Mike explained things several times if I needed him to. He offered me a cuppa twice. He gave me lots of time to test out the beds, and was not at all pushy. As a single, rather nervous female, lying down on mattresses in public view, Mike was also very respectful of my dignity and personal space. He is an absolutely tip-top salesperson.
