There's always room for improvement

Dreams beds was great the service excellent. However a product was on show stated as a new arrival when I went to purchase it was not available or was it going to be available in the future. Take these items out of view.

There was nothing wrong in store. Some things cannot be answered as highly satisfied

i found the prices to be very expensive, i purchased the cheapest bed and mattrice and it still was way over my expectations. My son had also visited the store and commented how expensive they were and left without purchasing.

Because the headboard we chose was not available

The customer service was very good, gentleman serving me know what products were available and costs. It was the IT that was a pain. The computer wouldn’t accept the order or give a delivery date, finally did but it took a bit of time. Date has changed from when I was in the shop to now.
