Just hoping the prices would be a little better during the Christmas sales period

Overall I was very satisfied with the helpful, knowledgeable and friendly colleagues (Kelly) in the Merthyr branch of Dreams. I am not highly satisfied as there was a discrepancy with the price I paid for the bedframe as there was a £100 difference between the instore price and an online price. The store manager (Claire) has since resolved this and processed a refund for ther £100 deposit I paid for my products; however, I am not sure how this will effect the credit agreement which I signed so will be in touch to see if I need a new credit agreement to reflect this reinbursement. For example, the total to pay was £1953 minus my £100 deposit leaving £1853 on finance (£61.76 pcm). However, with this £100 reimbursement, it should bring the finance down to £1753 (£58.43 pcm)? I feel like this could have been avoided if the transaction was explained thoroughly (recapped) before confirmation etc - i.e. "you are paying £x for item A, £x for item B, with a total of £x to pay. I was satisfied with my visit to the store and the colleagues working in it, except for this minor hitch which they have done their best to resolve for which I am thankful.

I misunderstood the application of the 20% discount, believing that it also applied to the base (and not just the mattress), but it turned out that on my chosen set, it only applied to the mattress. I tried so many, that I had lost track and hence the confusion. Despite this, the assistant Kelly was very helpful and patient and did her best to find for me the most suitable bed and mattress. I even had the privilege of lying on the computerised bed to establish which mattress was deemed most suitable. An excellent idea that I had not encountered anywhere before!

The only thing I could quibble on was the availability of delivery dates

I was satisfied overall with the service provided. Why was I not highly satisfied no scope for any discount on mattress bought. Even had to pay for old mattress to be taken away. They did offer half price !

An employee offered me 10% off the total transaction amout but then another employee said it would only be 5% off when we made the transaction

I was satisifed with my experience with Dreams, very impressed with the service and would go back again. i have shopped in dreams many times over the years and have bought in total 5 beds from the store and will be going there next time i need anything. i have scored mostly highly satisifed, some satisifed as there is always room for improvement :-)
