It just cost too much, even allowing for 20% of that to be VAT. It is only a mattress, a single one at that, and only guaranteed for a year without the 'bedcover service plan', even then it is only for just 8 years. My last mattress only cost £80, lasted some 20 years even with me fitting for hours every night, and sometimes during the day too, for the last 10 years.

Staff were polite & helpful during our visit. Have satisfactory previous exerience of the store.

the experience was very good but it took a long time to get through the order process once our choice was made. I also don't like delivery charges as we are used to free delivery on most purchases these days!

I was pretty happy with the experience the only fault was the crad reader but they fixed that eventually which concluded my visit

The advisor failed to advise us of the delivery charge until we were putting the order through

Would have liked time on our own after being given all the information instead of being told that we would be left to decide an as we moved staff was back there !!!!!

When I read the imfo on the product it stated a price of £400 but when I bought the product I was told that was the price without the draws they cost an. Extra £100 which meant the price whent up to £500 which made me fell i had been cond and very disappointed.

Felt like he was in a rush to get me out of the store. It was my first time buying a product alone . Felt like I had to buy there and then . With a personality like mine I couldn't say no . Starting to regret my purchase
