Felt the assistant was very pushy

Two RHSs were delivered but we have not received an apology.It has taken eight days to rectify but you behave as if we are receiving another normal delivery.

Having purchased a mattress and headboard,less than 24 hrs later we decided to also purchase the bed base, When I telephoned the store I was told that despite the fact that I was spending more money "Dreams system" did not allow for adding this extra purchase to the existing order delivery date, therefore I would have to wait a further eight days for delivery of all the items. My husband and I find this extremely unsatisfactory as the delivery will not take place until the day before Christmas Eve. Surely "systems" are administered by humans and some sort of common sense could and should prevail in situations like this. I very nearly cancelled the order but having take a lot of time and care considering my purchase decided to let it run. Do you base your system on the assumption that all customers will feel the same. I should not wish for this complaint to reflect the excellent service I received from the sales staff in store.

Staff were excellent, and plenty of stock to choose from. We had hoped that our bed could be delivered with a few days, but the waiting period is to be 2 weeks. Having spent £1000 on a new bed, it would have been nice to have been given 2 free pillows, rather than them just being discounted. The computer system caused a slight holdup with our purchase, but the staff could not be faulted. 9/10

We went to various stores and each store we went to we were hounded by staff, they wouldn't give us 2 mins peace to browse the store by ourselves, as soon as we walked into each store we would be clocked by a member of staff and then followed around store having your promotions drilled into us when it was clearly advertised on every bed on display for us to read. This is obviously a company policy of hard selling, which made us very uncomfortable and made us really not want to buy from Dreams

I am not satisfied because of what happened a few days later. Your company started another sale a few days after I purchased this Silentnight mattress, and reduced the price of it by £150!! This information was not told to me when I purchased the item.

I bought an inflatable air bed yesterday I was told by the sales person to charge the battery up before we go camping I opened the packaging and inflated the mattress I then realised it only inflated by using the mains plug and no battery back up is fitted it is also too large I returned it back to store this afternoon only to be told I could not have a refund as the store manager was on the premises until Friday Surely the store staff should be able to authorise a refund It’s an inconvenience to me as I have to return again to store which is twelve miles from my home
