We walked in and looked at mattresses, trying to work out what we needed. Husband wanted firm and I didn’t! We were approached by Kelly who asked if we needed help and of course, we did. We’d tried a few mattresses already and couldn’t agree. Kelly suggested we use the sleep machine to work out what would be best for us. Thankfully the outcome was medium (not firm yay) with specific mattresses to try. They were great. I liked a few we tried, specifically the tempur ones, but my husband decided on one specific that ticked all his boxes and as it wasn’t firm, I was happy too. Kelly was amazing. Without her help I think we’d have left the shop as we couldn’t agree on a mattress we both felt comfy on. Talked us through all our options and spent time explaining it too.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable assisant - Amy and we were very impressed with the bed profile machine and the list of recommendations. Very friendly service

The service was second to none. Very friendly staff, they offered myself aand my son water on arrival. I never dress well so usually get treated like im not a customer but in your Merthyr shop they looked after me very well. I bought a matress for my son and a super king for my wife and i which helped having the machine determine what level of bed quality i needed. I have already recommended this shop to my parents and sister. Highly recommend

The colleague (Amy) was SO helpful even though we had many questions and so many choices to narrow down! She spent so much time helping us with what mattress would suit our needs AND the bed we wanted (sleepmotion) We cant wait for the bed to arrive!
