We went to the Talbot Green branch a few weeks ago to have a look around, the staff couldn't be more friendly and we used the special bed to show us what mattress we should be buying. Unfortunately the bed we loved was out of our price range so looked for an alternative at home, which we found and went to the Newport Road branch to try this alternative out, however none were in store. We explained to Aimee this to which she said the Methyr branch had the initial matress we wanted in stock and on clearance, Aimee then rang the Merthyr branch to check it was still there and to keep it on reserve until we had a chance to get and see the mattress. We then visited the store where Kelly helped us with the mattress, which was a return bed hence why on clearance. Although the price was good, there was a stain on the bed to which Kelly was immensely helpful and managed to get a further discount. I feel as though Kelly went out of her way to help us and we were extremely grateful!

We did the bed test to see which mattress would be suitable we found this of benefit and it helped us to make an informed choice.

The lady who served us was so welcoming and friendly. She was thoughtful and gave us some water as it was warm upstairs and she understood our needs. We found the store clean, well laid out and some fantastic deals and prices. Three of my family members were going bank holiday Monday based on what me and my husband experienced. The same lady served me as last summer when I bought an otter man bed. She was lovely then too as I’d just lost a family member and she was very empathetic.

We were asked for assistance rather quickly but politely - We were approached by a lady called Kelly. She was safe with COVID approach and aided our search for the right mattress. We felt safe and were happy to listen as she was helpful and experienced in products. She made the trip for us as staff are the face of the company.

Meet as soon as we got in store by Kelly hand sanitisers and gloves were done straight away we asked about mattresses and beds were asked if we would like to go on the machine to find best possible mattress was shown different. Mattress and bed bought both with in half hour very satisfying experience will Kelly well done

The salesperson was very helpful and friendly from start to finish yet not pushy as some are , couldn’t give us a date for delivery as item is made when ordered.

Mike , the gentleman who looked after us , was so very helpful with everything .
