My Partner and I popped in after work to look at new mattresses after saving a few images of ones we’d picked out on the Dream’s website. Turns out we were clueless, I never knew there were so many types of mattresses. Luckily we were offered a try of the sleep match.

Sales assistant Amy at Merthyr Tydfil store was very professional, friendly and helpful, she gave us informed advice when choosing a mattress which was appreciated. The ordering procedure was quick and painless and we were given options of payment, insurance, delivery and assembly. The only drawback was the delivery schedule of 12 weeks which doesn’t affect us at moment but could be a problem for some customers. Overall a good experience.
