Very nice sales assistant very helpfull

I was highly satisfied with the service I received from Dreams staff at the Merthy Tydfil store, namely Kelly who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The service was very quick, and the ordering process easy. Delivery date was also very quick.

It was smooth and easy without being pushy

It was to do with the staff member who served us. He was friendly but allowed us to make the decisions about our purchase. He clearly explained delivery options and encouraged us to ring if we had any questions after leaving the store. We did have to change the delivery date and this was done without fuss.

The experience from my customer adviser Lee was great. He understood my needs in regards to which mattress suited my partner and me. The information on which mattress I was willing to buy was great and his customer service was exceptional.

We were welcomed by a very engaging member of staff, Lee. He showed us where the hand sanitising station was and there were other members of staff cleaning down products on the shop floor. I knew what bed I wanted so we were taken straight to it. Lee demonstrated how the bed opened, I was looking at an ottoman bed, and showed us how to assemble the bed as we had stated that we would assemble it ourselves. He also explained how much storage was under the bed. He then went on to help us decide on which mattress to purchase. When we went to pay he kindly offered us bottles of water as he recognised that wearing a mask could make you feel uncomfortable. The whole service from start to finish was first class and the store was following all Covid guidelines.

Mark the gentleman who served us was very knowledgeable and took his time to help us and give us good advice. I did not feel under pressure to purchase anything. We did make a purchase

Mark in the Merthyr Tydfil store was extremely helpful. We knew we needed 2 beds but not what type. We explained our disabled sons needs and he was able to guide us with our purchase.
