Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and offered a drink which was really a nice touch! Staff apologised for the delivery that they had just acquired but it made no difference to us the experience from start to finish was friendly and made it a pleasure to shop. The sales assistant helped us as much as she could and we finally decided to purchase a mattress and were very happy with everything

Kelly was approachable, friendly and had excellent product knowledge on the variety of mattresses on display. I am satisfied knowing I’ve made a good investment and bought the right mattress to help improve my posture and lower back pain and looking forward to delivery. I have no problem recommending dreams to friends and family.
